I stayed for 3 nights and faced a serious issue with bed bugs, leaving me itchy and frustrated. The only solution provided was a room change, which didn't help. Unfortunately, this experience was not isolated. cleanliness seems a recurring problem. I won't return!

The location is fantastic, right near the metro and lots of good restaurants. My room was clean and cozy, with a private bathroom. They provided plenty of towels and a small fridge, which was handy. Staff were super friendly, and I was able to leave my luggage after checkout while exploring.

We loved the excellent location, easily exploring nearby restaurants and sights with our three small kids. The hotel staff was friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable, and everything felt safe and clean, allowing us to relax in the busy Paris atmosphere.

My kids wished for a quieter room. Maybe some soundproofing would help families with children.

Consider asking for a room away from shared bathrooms for better soundproofing and a quieter stay.
